消息面上，1月2日，和铂医药发布公告，根据购回授权，其拟不时于公开市场上购回价值不超过4000万港元的股份。2025年1月8日，公司回购股份25万股，回购金额为56万港元。
此外，和铂医药近期公告，公司全资附属公司诺纳生物，与Candid已就开发下一代T细胞衔接器达成一项研究合作及授权协议。根据协议条款，诺纳生物有权获得首付款和潜在里程碑付款最高达3.2亿美元。Candid将负责产品的所有后续开发工作。
