智通财经APP获悉，九兴控股(01836)涨超3%，高见17.2港元创上市新高。截至发稿，涨3.25%，报17.18港元，成交额2426.51万港元。
消息面上，九兴控股公布，截至去年12月底止三个月，集团综合收入减少约1.1%至约3.85亿美元。截至去年12月31日止全年，累计综合收入同比增约3.5%至约15.45亿美元。集团已提前实现其“3年规划”(2023-2025)的目标，即在2025年年底前实现经营利润率10%及除税后利润年增长率达低十位数百分比。
此外，除维持在通常水平70%的派息率派付定期股息(包括末期股息及中期股息)外，集团仍承诺于3年期间(2024-2026)通过结合股份回购及派付特别股息的方式向股东返还每年最多6000万美元的额外现金，合共不超过1.8亿美元。
