智通财经APP获悉，Mint(MIMI.US)是一家专注于在香港提供室内设计与装修服务的公司，其旗下品牌为Matter，近期成功通过发行180万股股票筹集了700万美元资金，每股定价为4美元，这一价格位于预设发行价格区间4到5美元的低端。
据了解，Mint致力于为商业地产提供全面且针对性的室内设计与装修解决方案，业务覆盖零售店铺、餐饮连锁店、办公空间以及豪华住宅物业等多个领域。
该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码定为MIMI，由Benjamin Securities和Prime Number Capital共同担任此次IPO的联席账簿管理人。
