野村发布研究报告称，极兔速递-W在中国第4季的包裹量同比增长27%至59.15亿件，2024年中国的整体包裹量同比增29%，超出集团全年增长20-25%的指引。该行表示，极兔速递2024年第4季中国及东南亚的包裹量增长较强，而新市场的包裹量较弱。集团第4季整体包裹量同比增长33%至73.92亿件。2024年整体包裹量同比增31%。极兔速递将第4季包裹量的稳健增长归功于中国快递市场高度繁荣、拼多多和抖音的销售增长突出，以及单件包裹的高增长。
西部证券指出，2024全年，东南亚实现包裹量45.63亿件，同比+40.8%。Frost&Sullivan预计，2024年东南亚快递行业增速约17%，极兔东南亚包裹量增长超过行业23.8pct。另外，中国2024年包裹量增速高于行业7.1pct。Frost&Sullivan预计，2024年新市场快递行业增速约21%，极兔新市场包裹量增长超过行业1.1pct。
