消息面上，浦银国际此前研报指出，面对行业普遍的高基数以及境内业务关闭低效店的影响，华住集团第三季度整体以及境内业务收入分别同比增长2.4%以及1%，达成了管理层给出的收入增速下沿。管理层给出4Q24收入指引，整体以及境内业务收入分别同比增长1%-5%，暗示全年收入增速在7.4%-8.5%的区间，该行认为公司达成4Q24收入指引的确定性较高。
国金证券表示，季度新开继续维持高位，坚持高质量发展。Q3公司新开/净开790/559家，维持较快开店水平Q1-3完成全年2200家新开计划的88%；品牌方面，发布桔子水晶2.5，未来在服务大众市场同时不断拓展中高端市场。短期Q4 RevPAR压力望改善，长期看好精益增长、卓越服务策略对RevPAR温和增长、持续拓店的支撑。
