冠城钟表珠宝(00256.HK) 公布，公司执行董事、冠城大通新材料股份(600067.SH) 实控人兼时任董事薛黎曦，日前被中国证监会告知，因其涉嫌内幕信息公开前建议他人买卖股票、短线交易冠城大通新材料股份，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》、《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规，中证监决定对
其立案调查。
冠城钟表珠宝表示，上述事项为对薛黎曦个人的调查，不涉及公司，并且不会对公司的日常经营造成影响，目前生产经营管理活动一切正常，预期薛黎曦将积极配合开展调查工作，而公司将持续关注上述事项的进展情况，并严格按照有关法律法规的规定和要求，及时披露相关信息。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。) (A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
