华润啤酒(00291.HK) 董事会主席侯孝海接受《中国企业家杂志》访问时表示,2024年产业、经济、消费、科技和人口等多个周期交织,消费形势出现波动,啤酒行业销量收缩,产业升级减慢,同时理性消费主义崛起,都令企业面对较大经营挑战。
惟他认为,行业挑战仅属阶段性,指出目前高端啤酒在一众产品中仍表现出较强的韧性,反映中国高端化进程依然在向前推进,去年啤酒行业升级速度减缓,但仍是增长主要动力,认为行业只是处于高端化“上半场”,市场参与者过去专注于提升产品品质、价格及推动品牌化。
