短期融资券已向中国合资格境内机构投资者发行。中国民生银行股份有限公司(China Minsheng Banking Corporation)及兴业银行股份有限公司(Industrial Bank Co., Ltd.)分别为发行短期融资券的主承销商及联席主承销商。发行人获东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司(Golden Credit Rating International Co., Ltd.)评级为AA+级。所得款项将被用作乡村振兴领域，即发行人向牧场周边所辐射县、乡、村区域农民采购青贮等饲料及偿还采购青贮等饲料所产生的银行借款或应付票据。
