Wheaton Precious Metals CFO Brown to Depart

Wheaton Precious Metals said Thursday its chief financial officer is stepping down.

CFO Gary Brown plans to depart March 31, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said. Wheaton's vice president of finances, Vincent Lau, is set to succeed him.

Brown has worked at Wheaton for nearly 17 years.

Lau has served as vice president of finances for 13 years managing corporate finance and risk management. Before that, he held various senior finance roles at CHC Helicopters and KPMG.
