Indian pharmaceutical company Lupin (NSE:LUPIN, BOM:500257) has completed the acquisition of a 42.61% stake in renewable energy company Sunsure Solarpark Seventeen, according to a Thursday filing to the stock exchanges.
In September 2024, Lupin had agreed to acquire up to 42.61% stake in Sunsure Solarpark Seventeen for up to 105.53 million Indian rupees, to be completed in two tranches.
