　　齐鲁高速（01576）发布公告，于2025年1月9日，公司与正晨科技订立出资协议。据此，合营公司于成立时的认缴出资额为人民币1亿元，当中公司及正晨科技分别拟以货币认缴出资人民币5100万元及人民币4900万元。合营公司将投资于标的项目（风电混塔产业基地项目）。

　　风电混塔是一种将风电机组支撑在塔架上的结构，它可以提供更强的支撑力和更稳定的结构，从而提高风电机组的工作效率和寿命。相较于全钢结构的塔筒，风电混塔在经济性、稳定性、适应性等方面都具有显著的优势。
