岁宝百货(00312.HK) 宣布，就全资附属公司珠海市祥耀房地产开发遭一家商业银行索偿到期未偿还贷款的本金和应计利息一事，法院已裁定一审决即为最终且有效，公司的中国法律顾问也确认该裁定和第一审判决为最终且有效，因此珠海市祥耀房地产开发将被要求向原告支付未偿还贷款本金约2.54亿元人民币、贷款逾期应计利息150万元人民币，以及受法院规定的最高年利率24%限制，贷款自2023年11月2日起至付款之日应计的未偿还利息和复利部分。
