东软教育(09616.HK) 公布，开曼群岛公司注册处处长于去年12月10日发出更改名称注册证书，证明该公司已将其英文名称由“Neusoft Education Technology Co. Limited”更改为“Neutech Group Limited”，并将其中文双重外文名称由“东软教育科技有限公司”更改为“东软睿新科技集团有限公司”，均自去年12月4日起生效，以及香港公司注册处亦于本月2日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认该公司的新英文名称及新中文双重外文名称已根据公司条例于香港注册。
另外，用于在联交所买卖股份的公司英文股份简称将由“NEUEDU”更改为“NEUTECH GROUP”，而中文股份简称将由“东软教育”更改为“东软睿新集团”，自本月14日上午9时正起生效。该公司于联交所的股份代号“9616”保持不变。(js/u)
