【上海2024年一手高端住宅成交5711套 同比增长85.8%】金十数据1月9日讯，据仲量联行今日公布的数据，2024年四季度上海一手住宅成交量同比增长13.9%；受制于新增供应收缩因素影响，上海一手住宅全年成交量录得712万平方米，同比下降22.8%。随着改善性需求持续释放，上海2024年四季度一手高端住宅成交录得1937套；全年高端住宅成交共录得5711套，较2023年全年增长85.8%。
