Alex Waislitz and Tim Gurner feud over luxury St Kilda tower

Two of Melbourne’s wealthiest businessmen are at war, with billionaire investor Alex Waislitz accusing property developer Tim Gurner of attempting to cover up the poor construction of a luxury St Kilda tower.

Mr Gurner began marketing the Saint Moritz development in 2019, with the building boasting a 25-metre indoor pool, bar, library, cinema and private working spaces known as Chairman’s Lounges. The spa, according to marketing material, includes a floatation pod and a cryogenic chamber.
