摩根大通要求所有员工从3月开始每周到办公室工作五天，结束了疫情期以来实施的混合办公模式。

　　该公司运营委员会在周五的内部备忘录中表示，对于一些无法满足所有员工到岗的办公室，银行最晚将在本月底确保条件完善。

　　该委员会成员在备忘录中说：“我们知道你们中的一些人更喜欢混合时间表，我们也理解不是每个人都会同意这个决定，但我们认为这是经营公司的最佳方式”。

　　该行大约30万名员工中有一半以上已经每周五天去办公室。对于那些受新政策影响的人，摩根大通表示，在完全恢复五天制前会至少提前30天通知。

　　事实证明强迫员工集体返回办公室的激进规定并不总是那么容易实施。亚马逊去年要求员工从1月开始每周在办公室工作5天，但由于一些城市没有足够的空间，该公司不得不允许几千名员工推迟实施该规定。
