Adisyn Completes Acquisition of Israel-Based Semiconductor IP Business; Shares Down 5%

Adisyn (ASX:AI1) completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in Israel-based semiconductor intellectual property business 2D Generation, with all securities issued, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shares issued to shareholders of 2D Generation have been escrowed for at least six months, with roughly 80 million shares escrowed for two years, the filing said.

Arye Kohavi, 2D Generation founder and chief executive, is set to join the company as a non-executive director, according to the filing.

The technology and data sciences company's shares fell almost 5% in morning trade Thursday.
