近日，广深铁路（601333）发生工商变更，韦皓卸任法定代表人、董事长，由蒋辉接任。广深铁路股份有限公司成立于1996年3月，注册资本约70.8亿人民币，由中国铁路广州局集团有限公司、香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司、林乃刚等共同持股。此前，广深铁路发布公告称，韦皓因工作变动，申请辞去董事长等职务，并于第十届董事会第十二次会议选举蒋辉为董事长。
