智通财经APP获悉，内房股全线下挫，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌26.86%，报1.28港元；融信中国(03301)跌11.07%，报0.249港元；世茂集团(00813)跌8.42%，报0.87港元；富力地产(02777)跌7.87%，报1.17港元；雅居乐集团(03383)跌7.58%，报0.61港元。
消息面上，据司法机构网站，中国信达(香港)资产管理有限公司已在香港对融创中国提出清盘呈请，定于3月19日举行聆讯。值得注意的是，近期还有其他房企遭遇利空，其中，富力地产此前公告，广州市越秀区人民法院于12月17日宣布，因公司有履行能力而拒不履行生效法律文书确定义务，以及无正当理由拒不履行执行和解协议，将富力地产列入失信被执行人名单。当晚，富力地产还披露了截至10月31日公司合并报表范围内金额达到1000万元及以上的有息债务逾期余额数据。
中指研究院此前数据显示，2024年1-12月，TOP100房企销售总额为43547.3亿元，同比下降30.6%，降幅较上月缩窄2.3个百分点。12月单月，TOP100房企销售额同比下降3.41%，降幅有所收窄，环比增长28.86%。平安证券研报指出，2024年楼市量价延续调整，2025年全国投资及销售仍将承压。天风证券表示，展望1月，季节性因素叠加春节假期，预计房企销售大概率环比回落，但考虑市场热度余温仍存，同比仍有持平可能，故对基本面短期无需过度悲观。
