百盛商业(03368.HK) 公布，全资附属贵州六盘水百盛商业发展于1月9日与业主订立新租赁协议，就位于贵州省六盘水市钟山西路36号宝隆国际商业金融中心的负一层至五层物业，续订另外十年租期，首五年每年租金为865.85万元人民币，其后五年年租为897.92万元人民币，将按季度预付。
现有租约将于2026年12月31日届满，百盛商业表示，目前在该物业以“百盛”以及“PARKSON”为商标和商号经营六盘水百货店，该门店为集团于贵州省的主力百货店，可提供持续利润，认为在现有租赁期限届满前两年订立新租赁协议，可避免物业租用中断所带来的风险。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
