国泰君安城投宽庭保租房REIT将于2025年1月13日解除限售423880000份

2025年1月13日,国泰君安城投宽庭保障性租赁住房封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(简称:国泰君安城投宽庭保租房REIT)部分战略配售份额解除限售。本次解除限售份额为423880000份,其中场外解除限售份额为12870000份,场内解除限售份额为411010000份。

本基金于2023年12月27日合同生效,于2024年1月12日上市。本基金部分战略配售份额自上市之日起锁定12个月。本次战略配售份额上市流通前,可在二级市场直接交易的本基金流通份额为236120000份,占本基金全部基金份额的23.61%。本次战略配售份额解禁后,可流通份额合计为660000000份,占本基金全部基金份额的66.00%。

截至本公告发布之日,基础设施项目经营稳定,基金投资运作正常,2024年前三季度本基金累计实现可供分配金额为96091077.66元。2025年1月10日,本基金在二级市场的收盘价为3.911元,相较于发行价格涨幅为28.23%。
