摩根士丹利提拔173人为董事总经理。新晋升的人数较去年增加了12%，但仍低于此前两年的水平。

　　摩根士丹利一位发言人证实了上述消息。

　　在今年晋升为董事总经理的员工中：

　　提拔生效之后，女性将占公司董事总经理总数的27%。

　　美国今年获晋升为董事总经理的员工中只有3%是黑人。

　　投行部门占比最大，新晋董事总经理中约46%来自机构证券部门。

　　今年的新晋董事总经理平均在摩根士丹利工作了约11年。

　　该公司在2023年提拔了184名董事总经理，2022年提拔了199名。
