智通财经APP获悉，今日，布鲁可集团有限公司(股票代码：00325，股票简称：布鲁可)在港交所主板上市，公开发售已获得逾6000倍的超额认购，募资规模16.74亿港元，华泰国际与高盛担任联席保荐人。
招股书显示，布鲁可从2016年起，一直致力于拼搭类玩具的设计、开发及销售，在全球拼搭角色类玩具市场中，按2023年GMV计，布鲁可是全球第三大、也是中国最大的拼搭角色类玩具公司，市场份额达到30.3%。
