智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股延续近期跌势，截至发稿，海伦司(09869)跌6.13%，报1.99港元；九毛九(09922)跌3.17%，报2.75港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)跌3.33%，报0.87港元；海底捞(06862)跌3.02%，报14.12港元。
华安证券表示，24年餐饮消费呈弱复苏态势，11月社零餐饮消费同比+4%，增速环比提升0.8pct，全国层面上餐饮消费券拉动效应相对有限。从当前餐饮消费券实施情况来看，该行预计在实施范围、持续时间、折扣力度上仍有发力空间。展望25年，若餐饮消费券政策提升推广力度，B端复苏可期，小B或成为营收新增量。
高盛此前研报指出，11月餐饮业同店销售额持续疲软，需求波动。关于政策刺激方面，该行看到更多城市/省份推出了餐饮消费券，但是，该行认为影响因品牌和地区而异，且该行覆盖的公司普遍尚未看到明显的提振效果。该行指，海底捞11月平均翻台率同比略有下降，但该行认为考虑到相较于10月更高的基数以及需求的波动性，这样的表现还算稳健。九毛九在国庆假期后的疲软态势在11月持续，这意味着10月至11月相对于疫情前的恢复水平低于第三季度。
