消息面上，彭博引述知情人士称，即将卸任的美国总统拜登为防止先进技术落入中国和俄罗斯之手，准备最后奋力一搏，要对英伟达(Nvidia)和超微(AMD)等公司的人工智能(AI)芯片出口祭出新一轮大规模的全球性限制措施。

高盛将AMD评级由买进下调至中性，目标价129美元。
