金吾财讯 | 摩根士丹利经济学家Bruna Skarica在其报告中指出，近期英国国债遭受大量抛售，使得英国财政的可持续性问题再度引发关注。尽管英国国债的走势出现了剧烈波动，但这并不属于英国央行需要着手解决的金融稳定问题范畴。
Skarica强调：“财政方面的问题需要通过财政手段来加以解决，因此，目前的关键焦点依然是财政部后续将如何发声。”然而，考虑到当前通胀水平居高不下、劳动力市场呈现宽松态势以及经济活动调查结果疲软等多方面因素相互交织，英国央行所面临的形势无疑是极具挑战性的。Skarica预测，英国央行可能会在2月份采取降息措施。
