Odaily星球日报讯 对于 Backpack Exchange 宣布已经收购 FTX EU 一事，总部位于美国的 FTX estate 表示：“截至今日，FTX EU 的 100%股权由 FTX 子公司 FTX Europe AG 持有”，之前宣布的向内部人士转让股份尚未发生。 针对 FTX 的声明，Backpack 表示，对联合创始人的出售已于 5 月完成，“已按照购买条款向 FTX estate 支付款项。” 随后，Backpack 在一份声明中表示，其从 FTX EU 内部人士手中收购了 FTX EU。Backpack 表示，上个月，该交易已获得塞浦路斯证券交易委员会的批准。 “获得批准后，FTX 资产有义务按照法院批准的销售和购买协议转让股份，”Backpack 表示。FTX EU 联合创始人之一 Patrick Gruhn 证实了与 Backpack 的这笔交易，并表示他的律师周一已将塞浦路斯监管机构的批准通知 FTX，但尚未收到任何回复。FTX 的律师没有立即回应置评请求。（彭博社）
