智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，于2025年1月10日，绿城建筑(本公司全资附属公司)与中交建筑东南建设订立装饰及安装协议。根据装饰及安装协议，绿城建筑同意向中交建筑东南建设提供该项目若干楼宇的铝合金门窗及栏杆安装工程。
此外，于2024年10月3日，绿城建筑与中交建筑东南建设订立过往符合最低豁免水平协议。根据过往符合最低豁免水平协议，绿城建筑同意向中交建筑东南建设提供该项目展示区精装修服务及该项目若干楼宇的铝合金门窗及栏杆安装工程。
董事会认为，该等协议将使本集团能够利用其在中国物业开发及装饰建筑方面的技术、专业知识及经验，推动该项目的装饰及安装工程，并提升其品质，从而无需投入大量资本即可获得收入。
甄选该项目的装饰及安装服务供应商及厘定代价以公开招标方式进行。有多家公司参与投标，经评审及综合比较投标者后，绿城建筑根据招标文件的有关要求获选。因此，绿城建筑在具竞争性的招标过程中获选，该等协议的代价及条款根据招标文件厘定，符合市场惯例及本集团的商业利益。
