Integra Resources has appointed George Salamis as president, chief executive and director.

The precious-medals producer also appointed Anna Ladd-Kruger as chair of its board of directors, effective immediately.

Salamis, who founded the company in 2017, succeeds Jason Kosec as president and CEO. Kosec has also resigned as a director of the company.

The company said it hopes to announce a new operating chief during the first quarter of 2025.

Ladd-Kruger was initially appointed to the board in 2018.
