据山西省公共资源交易平台消息，1月9日，吕梁经济技术开发区新型材料产业园区光电制氢一体化建设项目发布设计、施工、监理、主要设备、重要材料招标公告。

公告显示，该项目位于山西省吕梁经济技术开发区新型材料产业园区，发布单位为吕梁园区建设发展有限公司，项目总投资108000.00万元。项目年均发电量约11830万kw.h，年制氢2100吨。

招标内容如下：1、购置N型单晶单面650Wp组件约142600块，建设100MW屋顶光伏；2、购置50台2MW(400Nm³)AEM电解槽设备及相关配套设施。

根据2024年12月该项目的备案信息，该项目拟年制氢1300吨，购置80台100Nm3固体聚合物电解制氢设备及相关配套设施，本次招标套数稍降，但是单套制氢设备扩大4倍，年制氢量也由1300吨提升为2100吨。

公开信息显示，吕梁园区建设发展有限公司成立于2020年，吕梁经济技术开发区国有资本成员，位于山西省吕梁市，是一家以从事房地产业为主的企业，企业注册资本20000万人民币。
