First Tractor Company (HKG:0038, SHA:601038) Chairman Li Xiaoyu resigned due to work reassignment, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The resignation will be effective once a new director is elected. The company also has yet to name a new chairman.
