(医药健闻2025年1月10日讯）波士顿科学公司宣布已签订最终协议，将收购Bolt Medical, Inc.，以拓展其心血管产品组合。

波士顿科学全球副总裁及心脏介入事业部总裁Lance Bates表示，"Bolt Medical正在开发一种与我们现有产品组合高度互补的下一代技术。将该系统纳入我们的产品线可以帮助我们更好地服务医生及其患者，并为未来的创新提供了一个极具潜力的平台。"

Bolt Medical专注于设计和开发以激光为能量平台的血管内碎石术，用于冠状动脉和外周动脉疾病的治疗。波士顿科学预计将在2025年上半年完成本交易。
