智通财经APP获悉，周五， Constellation Energy(CEG.US)盘前大涨近13%，报275.50美元。消息面上，Constellation Energy同意以164亿美元收购少数人持股的Calpine Corp，以在美国各地增加数十项发电资产。两家公司周五在一份声明中表示，Constellation将以现金和股票的形式支付。Constellation还将承担Calpine约127亿美元的净债务。
