美国贸易代表办公室公布2024年假货恶名市场（Review of Notorious Markets of Counterfeiting and Piracy）报告，内地企业包括百度（9888）网盘（BAIDU WANGPAN）、抖音商城、拼多多（美：PDD）、淘宝被列入。名单列举一些网络和实体市场的突出和典型案例，这些市场存在盗版或假冒商品和服务，或为大量盗版和假冒行为提供便利、默许或从中获益。
实体市场方面，报告指内地依然是世界第一大仿冒品来源，来自内地的假冒和盗版商品，加上从中国转运到香港的商品，占美国海关查获的假冒和盗版商品价值，以制造商建议零售价计算的 84%，占总数量的 90%。
报告指，内地近期的经济衰退导致一些市场失去客户，假货的卖家继续利用他们的实体店面作为客户的接触点、“样品/产品测试”的场所以及网络销售的履行中心。针对网上假冒商品的执法机构经常会发现与实体市场中的供应商的联系。然而，在许多情况下，实体市场的执法仍然很薄弱，很容易被摊贩规避。美国贸易代表鼓励中国修改和扩大严厉执法行动的范围，以因应实体市场假冒商品销售性质的变化。
