基本面方面，有“小非农”之称的私营企业就业数据（ADP）显示，美国2024年12月ADP就业人数录得12.2万人，不及市场预期的14万人，也低于2024年11月的14.6万人，创2024年8月以来最低水平，薪资同比增长为4.6%，为2021年7月以来的最低水平，ADP的数据可能会进一步证明工资并未对通胀构成压力。

本周将公布美国非农就业数据及失业率，市场预计该数据将显示美国2024年12月新增16万个就业岗位，与2024年11月意外强劲的新增22.7万个就业岗位相比大幅放缓。

从技术上看，本周国际金价虽然小幅反弹，且站上本周多空分水岭2634美元/盎司上方运行，但日线图中的K线结构依然位于三角形整理形态的末端，投资者仍需耐心等待行情的突破确认信号。上行方面，阻力先关注2685美元/盎司附近，若国际金价有效突破该位置，阻力调整至2720美元/盎司附近。下行方面，支撑关注分水岭2634美元/盎司附近，若有效跌破该位置，空头可能会卷土重来，届时支撑调整至2600美元/盎司附近。
