据媒体报道，AMD收购数据中心伺服机供应商ZT集团国际公司（ZT Group Int’l）的计划，已获得新加坡竞争与消费者委员会（CCCS，简称竞消委）批准。

新加坡竞争与消费者委员会1月6日宣布，在评估该收购交易后，认为交易不会明显减少新加坡市场的竞争。

2024年11月22日，新加坡竞消委收到寻求批准这项收购交易的申请，并在2024年11月26日至12月10日向利益相关者公开征询意见。根据竞消委，“大多数”提交意见者并没有提出任何关注。竞消委指出，AMD与ZT在新加坡供应的产品或服务并没有任何重叠，而ZT供应的数据中心伺服机采用了AMD的产品。因此，竞消委的评估重点关注通过捆绑销售策略对半导体产品客户和数据中心伺服机（即数据中心运营商）造成市场封锁的风险。
