　　英皇钟表珠宝（00887）发布公告，于2025年1月9日，公司拟配售最多4.77亿股，相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约6.58%。每股配售股份0.167港元的配售价较1月9日收市价每股0.17港元折让约1.76%。

　　假设所有配售股份已获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将约为7970万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额将约为7924万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用于扩大集团的零售网络及集团的一般营运资金。
