Honest Co. Chief Financial Officer Dave Loretta is retiring from the consumer-products company sometime this year.
Honest said Wednesday that has retained an executive-search firm to assist in a search for its next finance chief.
Loretta, who joined the Los Angeles company in 2023, plans to remain with Honest through the transition to the new financial chief.
Honest also backed its outlook full year outlook, which calls for revenue growth in the high-single-digit-percent range and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization between $20 million and $22 million.
