Nera Telecommunications Ltd (SGX:N01) said its Malaysian subsidiary, Nera (Malaysia), is facing a 233,710 ringgit claim from former landlord Great One Coconut Products Industries over alleged delays in returning leased factory premises, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The landlord filed the suit in Malaysia's Shah Alam Sessions Court, seeking damages, interest, and legal costs. Nera disputes the claim and plans to counterclaim.
