中新经纬1月10日电 有“中国版乐高”之称的布鲁可集团有限公司(布鲁可，00325.HK)10日在港交所主板上市，高开81.61%报109.6港元/股。

　　以每手300股及开盘价计算，不计手续费，布鲁可每手可赚14775港元。

　　值得注意的是，布鲁可遭到“抢购”。布鲁可原计划在本次IPO中发行2412.03万股股份，发售价范围55.65港元/股至60.35港元/股，最终发行了2773.83万股股份，即额外发售了15%股份，最终发售价为60.35港元/股。

　　另外，布鲁可在本次香港公开发售部分获5999.96倍认购，国际发售部分获38.6倍认购。

　　根据招股书，布鲁可是一家拼搭角色类玩具的企业，从事拼搭类玩具的设计、研发和销售。

　　招股书援引弗若斯特沙利文的资料称，布鲁可是中国最大、全球领先的拼搭角色类玩具企业，在2023年实现约18亿元GMV。也是全球增速最快的规模化玩具企业，2023年GMV同比增长超过170%。

　　布鲁可2021年、2022年、2023年及截至2024年6月30日止6个月的营收分别为3.30亿元、3.26亿元、8.77亿元、10.46亿元，年内亏损分别为5.07亿元、4.23亿元、2.07亿元、2.55亿元。(中新经纬APP)
