Bocom International Buys $4.9 Million of HSBC Bonds

Bocom International (HKG:3329) unit Preferred Investment Management acquired $4.9 million of bonds issued by HSBC (HKG:0005) in the over-the-counter market for nearly $5 million, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The bonds make up part of an issue of $500 million floating rate senior unsecured notes falling due in 2030.

The bonds have been acquired for investment purposes.
