Alinta Energy发言人表示，公司正在探索与潜在合作伙伴的合作和共同投资机会。公司一直在考虑支持其增长的机会，包括对再生能源项目的投资。

周大福于2017年以约40亿澳元收购Alinta Energy。该公司在澳洲和纽西兰拥有超过100万名客户。Alinta于2023年将西澳Pilbara的资产连债务出售予澳洲能源公司APA Group，作价17亿澳元。
