周五有报道称，意大利时尚品牌普拉达可能正在考虑收购范思哲。

　　该报道援引市场传言称，普拉达正与顾问花旗集团合作，决定是否寻求达成交易。

　　报道称，范思哲的所有者Capri Holdings Ltd．已聘请巴克莱为该品牌及其投资组合中的其他品牌（如Jimmy Choo等）探索各种选择。

　　此前，由于监管问题，法院下令冻结Capri和Tapestry公司85亿美元的合并计划，该计划被迫取消。
