智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，于2025年1月10日，本公司间接非全资附属公司数字技术与小湃订立框架协议，数字技术将向小湃提供由其制造/采购的产品，由2025年1月10日起至2025年12月31日。订立框架协议旨在延续数字技术与小湃于先前框架协议项下的现有商业交易(先前框架协议的期限已于2024年12月31日届满)。
根据框架协议，数字技术于截至2025年12月31日止年度向小湃出售产品的年度上限为人民币1.14亿元，乃主要参考小湃于截至 2025年12月31日止财政年度根据框架协议拟向数字技术下达的订单量的意向书，及截至2024年12月31日止财政年度，根据先前框架协议实际产生的交易金额约人民币9996万元而确定。
