截至2024年12月31日止12个月，集团及其合营公司及联营公司以“合生”品牌代建管理的非自投物业的总合约销售面积为约51150平方米，合约销售金额为约39.76亿元。就2024年12月单月而言，集团及其合营公司及联营公司就合生代建管理物业之合约销售面积为约1619平方米，合约销售金额为约1.29亿元。
