智通财经APP讯，荣昌生物(09995)发布公告，于临时股东大会，黄国滨先生获委任为第二届董事会独立非执行董事。黄先生的委任于临时股东大会结束后即时生效，直至第二届董事会任期届满为止。黄先生亦已获委任为提名委员会主席及战略委员会成员，自其于临时股东大会获委任为独立非执行董事起生效，直至第二届董事会任期届满为止。
临时股东大会结束后，马兰博士不再担任独立非执行董事、提名委员会主席及战略委员会成员。
