德意志银行调整奖金制度 以强调团队合作等指标

  德意志银行在本奖金季调整了对员工的评判方式,扩大了绩效评级范围并更加重视团队合作等非财务方面的因素。

  知情人士称,这家德国银行目前有5个员工绩效评级级别,之前为3个级别。因讨论未公开信息而要求匿名的知情人士表示,虽然新标准不会影响奖金池的整体规模,但可能意味着个人薪酬的变化。

  一些知情人士称,这一决定在该行内部引发了紧张情绪。德意志银行的一位代表不予置评。

  年度奖金决定是德意志银行领导层可以采取的、影响员工士气的最重要措施之一,尤其是在投资银行部门,该部门往往对集团利润贡献最大。知情人士说,有关浮动薪酬的初步讨论已于上月开始,最终决定定于3月作出。
