药明康德授予10万股奖励股份
财中社1月10日电药明康德（603259/02359）发布公告，宣布根据2022年H股奖励信托计划，进一步授予10万股奖励股份给17名选定参与者，这些股份占截至公告日期公司已发行H股总数的约0.027%及已发行总股本的约0.0036%。此次授予的股份由受托人通过场内交易以现行市价收购，且不涉及新股份的发行，因此不会对现有股东的股权造成稀释影响。
此外，公告还提到，由于服务供应商卓佳的办事处迁址，公司香港主要营业地点的地址已于2025年1月10日起变更。新地址为香港铜锣湾希慎道33号利园一期19楼1910室。此次变更是因服务供应商的运营需要，未涉及关联交易的情况。
2024年前三季度，药明康德实现收入277.02亿元，归母净利润65.33亿元。
