中原建业2024年全年合约销售额134.02亿元 同比减少54.6%
财中社1月10日电中原建业（09982）发布公告，本集团截至2024年12月31日的未经审核经营数据显示，2024年12月新签合约项目为4个，合约建筑面积29万平方米。2024年全年新增合约建筑面积为252万平方米，同比减少64.8%。截至2024年12月31日，集团拥有248个在管项目，总建筑面积为2987万平方米。
在管项目合约销售方面，2024年12月的合约销售为12.46亿元，合约销售建筑面积19万平方米，平均售价为6686元。2024年全年合约销售额为134.02亿元，同比减少54.6%，合约销售建筑面积为217万平方米，同比减少53.3%。平均售价方面，2024年为6164元，同比减少2.6%。这些数据反映出公司在市场上的销售和签约情况面临显著下滑。
