1月10日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局湖北监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国农业银行股份有限公司孝感分行因内控管理不严，以贷转存；贷前调查不到位，贷款资金需求测算不准，被罚款70万元。

　　郑德咏（时任农业银行孝感市直支行风险管理部风险经理）、叶东舟（时任农业银行孝昌县支行客户经理）、叶建林（时任农业银行安陆市支行农户中心客户经理）、陶燕明（时任农业银行云梦县支行乡村振兴金融部任副经理兼三农中心经理）、肖长清（时任农业银行应城市支行个贷中心客户经理）、罗善刚（时任农业银行汉川市支行个人金融部副经理）、晏世文（时任农业银行汉川市支行业务部客户经理）等人被警告。
